I started out thinking that it’s a hormone program but really, its a lifestyle change. It’s not a quick fix but really focuses on the WHY behind everything. Its not slapping on a bandaid and hoping that works for a gushing wound. It gets down to the root of the problem and has changed how I eat, sleep, cope with stress, exercise, and what products I use. I have more energy. I eat 1/2 veggies every meal, no artificial preservatives, no added sugar. It’s been life changing. I sleep through the night now. I’m still working on stress. But this week I have worked out every morning. It’s been baby steps but I am seeing a big change in how I feel.
