It's a private group on Facebook and we have an app you can log into to check in with your nutrition, workouts and superfoods to keep you accountable. There are other women in there with you on the same journey to a healthier, happier life.
There will be motivational, inspirational and positive encouragement posts every week that will keep you motivated and going when it gets challenging.
We regularly do "Health Bets" where participants are eligible to split the pot if they meet the goals outlined! These are super fun and are a frequent request.

I am a certified nurse practitioner, virtual hormone expert consultant, and health coach!
I am an expert in hormones and weight management. I have been helping frustrated but determined women regain energy, feel like they have a handle on life, and feel strong and confident using a unique approach to balance their hormones that few in the healthcare world have access to.
So...why do I do what I do?
I was there- I was an exhausted mother, I felt like I did not have the help that I needed or the tools to figure out how to help myself, I was repulsed by the woman looking back at me in the mirror. I was gaining weight WHILE breastfeeding AND exercising and it was affecting my mental health too!
My parents divorce was a turning point- I recognized how hormonal imbalances were playing a huge part in their relationship and could then FEEL how they were affecting me! I have ALLLLL the excuses for not taking care of myself. I don't like to exercise, I don't like veggies, basically roll my eyes about ANYTHING fitness related.
And nutrition- let's just chat nutrition..... I went to a million years of college (jk) and took one nutrition class and it DID NOT give me any applicable information. AND I AM A HEALTH PROFESSIONAL!
This is 100% why we are in a health crisis! I want to give my people access to tools that I back whole-heartedly! I have spent the last 6 years studying nutrition, hormones, exercise, and all things root cause medicine!
